How do I update my company’s ownership structure or operating agreement?
doola provides your Operating Agreement as a general template. To update it, for example after an ownership change, edit it yourself so it reflects your current structure and arrangements.
doola can't review the legal sufficiency of your Operating Agreement or recommend specific wording or changes. For legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney.
