How to file your Wyoming annual report through doola

You need to file the Wyoming annual report every year to keep your LLC active and in good standing with the state, even if your company had no business activity that year. The Wyoming state fee is $60 or two-tenths of one mill on the value of your company's assets located in Wyoming, whichever is greater. doola can file the report for you. You'll see the total, including doola's service fee and the state fee, before you pay. ## How to file through doola 1. Log in to your doola dashboard and go to Company > Annual Reports. 2. Click File Now. 3. Review and complete your company details. 4. Pay the fees and submit your report. After you submit, doola files the report with the state and lets you know once it's completed. ## About the prefilled fields When you fill out the Wyoming annual report form in your dashboard, some fields are prefilled automatically. If you answer "No" to "Do you have any assets in Wyoming?", the related asset questions become disabled, and their values are never submitted to the state. If a prefilled answer looks off after you choose "No", it won't be filed.
