How to File Wyoming Annual State Compliance Reports and Use doola's Filing Service
- The Wyoming annual state compliance report must be filed each year to keep your company active and compliant with state regulations. This requirement applies even if your company has had no business activity during the year.
- doola provides a service to file this annual report for you. The cost of this service is $199 per year, plus the applicable state fee charged by Wyoming.
- To purchase this filing service, go to the Services section of your doola dashboard.
- After purchasing, use the annual filing center in your dashboard to submit the required annual report details and pay the Wyoming state fee.
- When completing the Wyoming annual report form, you may notice some answers are prefilled. If you answer "No" to the question "Do you have any assets in Wyoming?", the subsequent asset-related questions become disabled. Their placeholder answers are not submitted to the state.
This means you do not need to worry if some prefilled answers seem incorrect after you choose "No" for assets, as those answers will not be filed.
