Why is my tax questionnaire missing after purchase?
If you purchased a plan that includes tax filing but don't see the tax questionnaire in your dashboard, it's usually for one of these reasons:
- The tax filing season hasn't opened yet. The flow opens in your dashboard at the start of each tax season, and we'll let you know when it's open.
- Your company's EIN isn't on file with doola yet.
- Your subscription payment is past due.
- Your company was formed after the tax year, so no filing is needed for that year.
- The filing window for that tax year has closed.
