Can I pause my company with the state after it’s been formed?
Not exactly - once your company is formed, the state treats it as ongoing indefinitely by default. There's no formal "pause" option: your company either stays active (with its annual filing obligations) or gets dissolved, either by you filing for dissolution or administratively by the state if you stop paying your annual dues.
