How to identify the assigned bookkeeper for bookkeeping requests
When a customer asks for their bookkeeper or bookkeeping help, use the assigned bookkeeper from HubSpot’s `assigned_bookkeeper` field when it is available.
- Identify the assigned bookkeeper from the record.
- Refer the request to that assigned bookkeeper instead of giving generic bookkeeping guidance.
- Do not guess or invent a bookkeeper if the field is not available.
