What are the Delaware filing times (standard vs expedited)?
Delaware's standard processing time varies with the state's workload. Expedited processing is available for an additional state fee, with options and cutoff times depending on the service selected.
## Standard processing
Standard processing time isn't fixed. It depends on how many filings the Delaware Division of Corporations is handling at the time, so there's no set number of days.
## Expedited processing
Delaware offers several expedited tiers for an additional state fee, such as next day, same day, 2-hour and 1-hour service. The fee depends on the tier and the type of filing, and it's added to the regular state filing fee. Same-day and hour-based services have daily cutoff times set by the state.
