What is the deadline for filing business taxes?
Business tax deadlines depend on your entity type. Most LLCs taxed as sole proprietorships and C-corporations file by April 15. Partnerships, multi-member LLCs, and S-corporations generally have an earlier deadline of March 15.
If either date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the deadline moves to the next business day. You can also file for an extension if you need more time, this generally gives C-corporations until October 15, and partnerships and S-corporations until September 15.
