What does the doola Tax and Compliance plan include?

The doola Tax and Compliance plan is built for founders who want support with their federal taxes and state compliance in one package. ## What the plan adds On top of company formation, the Tax and Compliance plan adds: - Annual state compliance filings, such as annual reports - Annual federal and state tax return preparation and filing, including K-series schedules for entities that need them - Bookkeeping software you can use to manage your own books ## K-series schedules The K series covers the tax forms partnerships and S-corporations use to pass income, losses and other tax items through to partners or shareholders. The core form is Schedule K-1. If your entity has significant foreign transactions, you may also need Schedule K-2 and Schedule K-3. Entities that file Form 1065, Form 1120-S or Form 8865 generally must prepare these schedules when required. ## What isn't included - BOI reporting. The federal requirement for US companies to file [BOI reports](https://ask.doola.com/article/15cb5b19-do-i-need-to-file-a-beneficial-ownership-information-boi-report-for-my-llc) has been eliminated. - Optional add-ons billed separately, such as dedicated bookkeeping (a bookkeeper doing your books for you), ITIN applications or Form 1099 filing. ## How to check your exact coverage - Check your plan dashboard. - Visit [doola.com/pricing](https://www.doola.com/pricing) for the latest plan details.
