What does doola standalone tax filing cover?

doola's standalone tax filing service covers your federal tax filings, including [Form 5472](https://ask.doola.com/article/4100a5db-how-do-i-file-form-5472-for-my-foreign-owned-llc-and-what-are-the-requirements) and the pro forma Form 1120 when they apply to your business. It's separate from doola's [annual state filing service](https://ask.doola.com/article/cfae84d8-how-to-file-wyoming-annual-state-compliance-reports-and-use-doolas-filing-service). Annual state filing only covers the annual report your state requires to keep your company in good standing, and it doesn't include federal tax filings. If you need both handled, you'll need both services. You'll see the current price for each service before you pay, in your doola dashboard or at [doola.com/pricing](https://www.doola.com/pricing).
