How do I reactivate a Wyoming LLC that was administratively dissolved?
You may be able to reinstate your Wyoming LLC by restoring an active registered agent, filing a reinstatement application, and paying outstanding reports and fees. Reinstatement is only available for a limited time after dissolution, so first confirm your company's eligibility.

## What reinstatement involves
- Your LLC needs an active registered agent.
- An Application for Certificate of Reinstatement is filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
