Does the Starter plan support multiple founders and 50/50 ownership?
You can form a US LLC with multiple owners even if every single owner is a non-US person and a non-US resident. There's no US citizenship or residency requirement to create or own an LLC in the United States, so all of your LLC's members can be non-US persons, including in an even ownership split like 50/50 between co-founders. doola's Starter plan supports this multi-member setup as part of standard LLC formation.
