What business address should I enter on the application?
You can use a personal address from anywhere in the world as your business address on the application, you don't need a US address to form your company. Keep in mind that this address needs to match what's on file with your incorporation documents and any business accounts you set up (like with payment processors such as Stripe), so use an address you expect to keep for a while.
It works fine for receiving mail and legal correspondence, but if you run an e-commerce business, a personal address may not be well suited for handling package deliveries or returns at scale, you may want a separate address or mail-forwarding solution for that purpose.
