How to check and correct your invoice and billing details

Before you pay a doola invoice, check these details for accuracy: - Your legal business name - Your billing address - Supplier details - Tax-identification fields If anything is off, request a correction before you pay, since fixing these fields is more limited once payment has gone through. After payment, support can still update some customer or supplier billing details for you. However, certain fields on a completed billing document, such as a tax ID that was left blank before payment, can't be added or changed retroactively. To request a correction after payment, give support: 1. The exact invoice number or identifier 2. The current (incorrect) values and the new values you want Support will confirm which fields can still be changed after payment and which fields on the completed document are locked. Reviewing your invoice details before you pay is the most reliable way to keep your billing records accurate and compliant.
