What are the annual report fees for an LLC in Delaware and Wyoming?
Annual report fees are set by each state and can change. For example, Delaware charges LLCs a flat annual tax of $400, due June 1 each year. Wyoming charges an annual report license tax of $60 or two-tenths of one mill on the value of the company's assets located in Wyoming, whichever is greater, due on the first day of the anniversary month of your company's formation.
Check the current amount for your state before you file. When you file through doola, you'll see the total, including the state fee, before you pay.
