Does doola provide an Operating Agreement when I form a company?

doola includes an Operating Agreement (for an LLC) or Bylaws (for a C-Corp) as part of your formation service. It outlines your company's ownership structure, management, and operating procedures. It's not always legally required, but it's highly recommended - it gives you clarity on how the business is run and can matter for banking and compliance purposes. For the Operating Agreement, doola provides it as a general template for your convenience. You should review and edit it yourself to make sure it reflects your business structure and arrangements. doola can't review the legal sufficiency of your Operating Agreement or recommend specific wording or changes. For legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney.
